PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a miss, to complete a control system and to reduce the load of a person in charge by automating control, slip issue, etc., corresponding to a rule for a strategic material. CONSTITUTION:When a person in charge in the business section inputs the formation data of a product including a strategic material article at least in a part of it, a corresponding strategic material code is allowed to correspond the strategic material article, the production data are stored in a product file 10 and a strategic material (SP) file 11 and a prescribed production specification is printed out. After completing the production, a shipment command is outputted, a shipment slip and a strategic material control slip are printed out based upon the stored production data, at the time of the divided shipment of a product, a strategic material control slip relating to the full completion of the shipment is printed out based upon the stored production data after detecting the full completion. Consequently, a transfer miss due to hand-writing or mis-reading can be removed and the load of the person in charge duty can be reduced. |
