<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the colored filter with which the discoloration, decoloration and peel of a colored org. coating film hardly arise and which is highly durable by forming a film consisting of at last either of ZnO and TiO2, as the underlying film of the colored org. coating film, on the surface of a transparent substrate on the side opposite to its photoirradiation surface. CONSTITUTION:The colored org. coating film 3 is provided on the surface 1a of the glass plate 1 on the side opposite to its photoirradiation surface 1b. ZnO films 2, 2' are respectively formed on the photoirradiation surface 1b of the glass substrate 1 and the surface 1a opposite thereto. The ZnO film 2 is the underlying film of the colored org. coating film 3. The ZnO film 2 acts to enhance the adhesive property of the colored org. coating film 3 and shuts off the UV rays from a lamp L to prevent the decoloration and discoloration of the colored org. coating film 3. The ZnO film 2' also shuts off the UV rays from the lamp L to prevent the decoloration and discoloration of the colored org. coating film 3. The decoloration and discoloration of the colored org. coating film are lessened in this way; in addition, the adhesive property is improved and the film peeling is substantially prevented.
