PURPOSE:To enable to obtain a safe and sure operating condition by a method wherein detected data are memorized into an RAM when an abnormality memorized in an ROM is detected in the self diagnostic alarm indicating system for various kinds of sensors and actuators. CONSTITUTION:Input checks, for various kinds of sensors 132-146 such as the sensors for an air flow amount 24, a water temperature 56 and the like and various kinds of actuators such 148-152, as well as output checks, for various kinds of actuators as an injector 12 and the like and amplifiers 62 therefor and the like, are effected, and when an abnormal condition is found, the coded data thereof is written into an RAM II and the lamp indication 1,106 is effected at the same time. This lamp 1,106 is put on by the closing of a key switch while it is put off by initiation to check the abnormal condition of itself, and when the abnormal condition is generated, the lamp is put on intermittently. Next, when a display switch 1,108 is operated, a CPU102 becomes to the indicating mode of an abnormal code, reading of the code from the RAM II is effected to control the lighting mode of the lamp 1,106 and the abnormal condition may be specified, therefore, inspections and repairings may be effected correctly and simply. |
