PURPOSE:To obtain sufficient life even in use in large discharge capacity and to obtain sufficient discharge capacity even at low temperature by using a nonaqueous electrolyte prepared by dissolving an electrolyte in a nonaqueous mixed solvent containing noncyclic carbonate and cyclic carbonate. CONSTITUTION:A nonaqueous electrolyte prepared by dissolving an electrolyte in a nonaqueous mixed solvent containing noncyclic carbonate and cyclic carbonate is used. As the noncyclic carbonate, dimethyl carbonate, diethyl carbonate, dipropyl carbonate, or dibutyl carbonate is used. As the cyclic carbonate, propylene carbonate or ethylene carbonate is used. The content of the noncyclic carbonate in the nonaqueous mixed solvent is 5wt.% or more. The content of the cyclic carbonate is also 5wt.% or more. The ratio of the noncyclic carbonate to the cyclic carbonate is 1/5-5/1 by weight. |
