PURPOSE:To easily confirm the approval information of a retrieved document on a drawing by providing a means to synthesize a seal, which is selected by a selecting means, to the display document in a means to display the document. CONSTITUTION:A seal registering means 1 makes the seal, which is inputted from an input means, and an approving person identifier electronic and the seal and identifier are housed to an electronic seal and approving person storing part 3. An approving person identifier extracting means 4 extracts the approving person identifier from the contents of an approved electronic document storing part 6 according to the instruction of an identifier instructing means 5 and the identifier is housed in an approving person identifier storing part 7. An electronic seal selecting means 8 houses the electronic seal corresponding in the coincident approving person identifier, out of the inputted approving person identifier of the approving person identifier storing part 7 and the approving person identifier of the electronic seal and approving person storing part 3, to an electronic seal storing part 9. Then, a document display means adds the inputted electronic seal of the electronic seal storing part 9 to the inputted seal display part of a document display formation storing part 11 and displays the seal on a display device 13. |
