PURPOSE:To improve positioning accuracy of a fastener by positioning a skin sheet material of sunvisor on a lower die of high frequency welder, holding the fastener on an upper die holding member, and thereafter joining the upper and lower dies together to weld them by high frequency welding. CONSTITUTION:A sheet material 2 made of thermoplastic resin such as vinyl chloride resin, etc. is loaded on a lower die 3 of a high frequency welder, and its side part is abutted on a stepped part 7 to be positioned. On the other hand, a tape fastener 5 is engaged with a holding member 6 of an upper die 4 to be held. The upper and lower dies 3, 4 are then joined together to be welded by high frequency welding. The holding member 6 is formed by a tape fastener, etc. provided with an engaging part with which an engaging part of the tape fastener 5 is engaged. After welding is completed, female tape fastener is welded on the rear face of the sheet material 2. With this constitution, the tape fastener can be accurately and easily positioned. |
