<p>PURPOSE:To realize plural kinds of forms converting a high definition television signal into a standard television signal selectively by switching a combination pattern of a coefficient by means of the same hardware. CONSTITUTION:A synchronizing signal of a high definition television signal generated from a synchronizing generating circuit 70 is used as a timing signal for a high definition television signal system and fed also to a synchronizing generating circuit 212 of a standard television signal system of a control section 71. The synchronizing generating circuit 212 of the standard television signal system generates a readout clock and a timing signal of the standard television signal system. Moreover, a switch 211 is controlled by a switching signal from a mode control circuit 210 in the control section 71 to select various kinds of readout clocks. Thus, sets (patterns) of coefficients are selected in a two- dimension signal processing section comprising a two-dimension digital filter 50 and the mode control circuit 210 to obtain output signals of various forms by means of the same hardware.</p> |
