PURPOSE:To absorb vibration energy so as to arrest stuffy sound by disposing a ceiling forming material in such a way as to form a space part between the ceiling forming material and a roof panel and covering a gap between the peripheral part of the ceiling forming material and the roof panel with a garnish with a draft hole. CONSTITUTION:A ceiling forming material 4 is fitted in such a state as to form a space part 9 between the ceiling forming material 4 and a roof panel 3, and a garnish 10 with a draft hole 20 is disposed under the ceiling forming material 4. When sound of low frequency is generated in the interior 2 of a car, this sound escapes into the space part 9 from the draft hole 20 through a gap X, is transmitted to the roof panel 3 and the ceiling forming material 4, spreads therein, and sound energy is absorbed successively at the roof panel 3, the ceiling forming material 4 and the like, so that stuffy sound can be absorbed, and comfort in ride can be improved. |
