The grinder used for mass grinding grinds spanner, pinchers or scirssors of hand tools, and spoon, chopsticks of kitchen utensils in a short time. The grinder includes compartment (1,2,3) having shafts (4,4',4") with hole (401), guide projec tions (6,7,8) bulged from wall of compartments having inserted notches (9',10', 11') of support plates (9,10,11), shafts (13,13',13") setting grindstones (12,12'12") , cutting roller (17) to dress worn grindstones, rollers (34,34',35,35') under compartments, threaded tube (30) of frame (28) winded by conveyor belt (36), and electromagnets (41,41') under the frame.
