A glass fiber reinforced styrene acrylonitrile resin compsn. comprises: 60-95 wt. pts. of the copolymer comprising 60-80 wt.% aromatic vinyl monomer and 20-40 wt.% vinylcyanide monomer; 5-40 wt. pts. of an uncontinuous phase glass fiber to be surface treated by aminosilane based coupling agent; and 0.1-10 wt. pts. of styrene- maleic acid anhydride copolymer contg. 7-20 wt.% maleic acid anhydride. Pref. the aromatic vinyl monomer is styrene, x- methylstyrene, vinyltoluene, t-butylstyrene, dichlorostyrene; vinyl cyanide monomer is acrylonitrile, methacrylonitrile, alpha - chloroacrylonitrile; and the ave. diameter of the glass fiber is 10-2-10-5 inch.
