PURPOSE:To improve the response of a current amplifier circuit by providing a constant current source receiving a minute current to the input side of the circuit and connecting a resistor for correcting an offset current resulting from the minute current to the output side. CONSTITUTION:The current amplifier circuit consists of transistors (TRs) 1, 2 of common emitter whose bases are connected, a TR 3 whose base connects to a collector of the TR 1, whose emitter connects to a common base of the TRs 1, 2 and a current mirror circuit consisting of a TR 3 whose collector connects to a power line Vcc and of a TR 4 whose emitter connects to the TR 2. Then a constant current source giving a minute current Iin to a collector of the TR 1 is provided and a resistor R for correcting an offset current caused by the minute current Iin is connected between the base and emitter of the TR 4 whose base is connected to a reference voltage source Vref. Thus, the response characteristic of the current amplifier circuit is improved. |
