PURPOSE:To protect a solar ray electric generation system of this design against ultraviolet rays and radiation and to make it lightweight by a method wherein a thin film reflective plane is provided, where solar rays are reflected by its concave plane and made incident on a photoreceptive plane. CONSTITUTION:Only visible rays out of solar rays 1 are reflected from a thin film reflective plane 2 to be incident on a photoelectric conversion section 3. Ultraviolet rays and infrared rays out of solar rays 1 are made to penetrate through the thin film reflective plane 2 and prevented from being incident on the photoelectric conversion section 3, where the thin film reflective plane 2 is a cylindrical plane and not only reflects solar rays 1 but also concentrates them to be incident on the photoelectric conversion section 3. Therefore, the solar ray electric generation section 3 composed of component parts 2-4 is made to rotate by revolving a support beam 6, so that the photoelectric conversion section 3 can be made to track the sun by rotating the support beam 6. By this setup, solar rays 1 can be concentrated onto a solar cell through the lightweight thin film reflective plane 2 and a solar ray electric generation structure, which introduces only visible rays to the solar cell eliminating radiation and ultraviolet rays, can be made lightweight. |
