<p>PURPOSE:To contrive elimination of deflection by preventing generation of an inferior product and obtaining a uniform roller thickness, by a method wherein a cylindrical mold is provided with a pressure control valve and its pressure resistance at the time of pouring of a liquid elastic material and that at the time of curing through heating are controlled respectively to fixed pressure. CONSTITUTION:When an injection port 7 is fitted in a tapered part 8 provided on a bottom force 6-2, a metallic core 4 is pushed upward along with a cap 5-2 and liquid rubber 12 is poured between the metallic core 4 and a PFA tube 2. Since air interposed between a cylindrical mold 1 and the PFA tube 2 is discharged through a small hole 10, the liquid rubber 12 is caused to flow in uniformly. In this instance, since a condition (liquid rubber pouring pressure)>(pressure resistance of pressure control valve) is given, the liquid rubber stretched the diameter of the PFA tube 2 and expands until the tube 2 sticks close to the cylindrical mold 1. When the liquid rubber is poured away, the same passes through a gap between a cap 5-1 of the metallic core 4 and a top force 6-1, presses the pressure control valve 9 and the pouring is suspended at a point of time when the same is spouted. Then this device is left within a constant temperature tank as it is and the liquid rubber 12 is vulcanized and cured. In this instance, (pressure resistance of pressure control valve)>(expansion pressure of liquid pressure) is given and fixed pressure is held. Demolding is performed after the rubber is cured, and an elastic roller is molded.</p> |
