PURPOSE:To make a resin tablet into high density, by a method wherein a fixed quantity of resin powder is held within an elastic mold and the resin tablet obtained by removing air in the inside of a pressure molded body by applying necessary high-compression force to inside resin powder through the elastic mold is molded. CONSTITUTION:The title device is constituted of an elastic mold 2 for compression molding comprised of an opening and closing lid body 21, molding rubber mold 22, pressure rubber mold 23 and a high compression cylinder 24, and a high-compression molding device for applying necessary high-compression force to a fixed quantity of resin powder 1 held within the elastic mold through the elastic mold 2. Then the fixed quantity of the resin powder 1 is held within the elastic mold 2 and the same is compression-molded into a form of a tablet with a high-compression molding device applying high-compression force due to hydraulic pressure 3 to the inner resin powder 1 through the elastic mold 2. With this construction, a resin tablet in a high-density state from the inside of which air is removed can be molded efficiently and reliably. |
