The circuit includes a RAM (20) for temporally storing of communication data through address and data bus connected to a controller and a RAM, a SCLC circuit (30) for transmitting data to Modem by SDLC type frame unit, a VART circuit (40) enabled when data communication with modem is executed by certain frame unit mixed with BSC type frame and PSC type frame, transmission gates (51,53) for controlling data communication between the SDLC cicuit and MODEM, and transmission gates (52,54) for controlling data communication between the VART circuit (40) and MODEM.
