PURPOSE:To easily obtain a foamed continuous material having proper elasticity and excellent chemical resistance and weather resistance at a low cost by mixing a flexible resin material with a rubber material and a foaming agent and extrusion-molding the mixture through a die under heating. CONSTITUTION:The objective foamed continuous material is produced by compounding (A) a flexible resin material (e.g. ethylene-vinyl acetate resin) with (B) a rubber material at a weight ratio of 100:20, mixing (C) a foaming agent to the mixture and extrusion-molding the obtained mixed material under heating through a die. The obtained continuous material has the merits of the resin material and the rubber material and is suitable as packing material, a sealing material, etc. |
