<p>PURPOSE:To reduce a cell rejection rate by returning collision information to a randomized network when cells collide with each other and re-sending the cell being defected to a route in which the collision is not generated by means of the randomized network. CONSTITUTION:When the collision of the cells is generated in a switch network 19, such collision information signals TA and TB are returned to a randomized network 18. In the randomized network 18, the cell having effective information is re-sent to the route in which the collision is not generated based on the collision information signals TA and TB and an idle or blocked state identifying bit. Thus, the problem that the cell overflows from an input buffer can be solved, and the rejection rate of the cell is lowered.</p> |
