The invention relates to a process for production and use of ADP paper in the form of roll and a device for execution of the usage stage. From wide paper rolls, a plurality of narrower small rolls 7, 8 are continuously produced by making edge perforations, longitudinal cuts and a transverse perforation in the web 9 between the rolls 7, 8, after which the webs 10 separated by longitudinal cuts are spooled into small rolls 8. The commencement of use of the ADP paper is realized by drawing the paper web 10 from the small roll 8 to a printer. The winding device of the small roll 8 is provided with a motor 13, which receives its guidance from the printer 11 so as to rotate the roll 8 as the printer 11 draws the web 10. <IMAGE>
