PURPOSE:To improve the reliability and to remarkably save the cost, by forcingly interrupting alarm information, in a system transmitting video to the user terminals at all times. CONSTITUTION:When an alram is generated from various kind of sensor groups 8 provided in a premises, the information is displayed on a display panel 4 in the form of a picture or a message. An alarm detection circuit 5 starts a control device 3, which starts an ITV camera 6 picking up a picture or a message on the display panel 4. Further, the controller 3 performs interruption control to a forcing interruption changeover switch 9 provided at the output side of a matrix switch 1 branching the picture to a monitor of each terminal 2 out of input pictures 7, allowing to forcingly change over the switch so that the alarm picture of the panel 4 can be informed to all output channels. |
