<p>PURPOSE:To perform multicolor coating with a single coating booth by efficiently collecting a surplus powder paint in a falling powder recovery box set in the coating booth with a powder baffle panel and reutilizing only the powder paint recovered in the box. CONSTITUTION:A powder paint is sprayed by a spray gun 9 onto a material 5 to be coated set in the coating booth 1 to coat the material 5. The plane- expansion powder baffle panel 8 is set behind the material 5, and the falling powder recovery box 3 is provided below the panel 8. The panel 8 is freely moved and guided to the inside and outside of the booth 1 by a guide rail 10. A cleaning booth 12 is provided outside the booth 1 to clean the panel 8 moving along the guide rail 10. As a result, multicolor coating is performed with a single booth.</p> |
