发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF DIFFERENT MATERIAL JOINT
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a different material joint excellent in joining strength and durability by interposing a Ta layer between inner material and outer material and heating these at the specified temperature to form bar-shaped clad material at the specific reduction rate of area on reducing rolling of the outside diameter. CONSTITUTION:The Ta layer 13 is interposed between the circular cross-sectional inner material 11 and the cylindrical outer material 12 and these are joined together to obtain joined assembly material 10 consisting of the inner material 11, the outer material 12 and the Ta layer 13. This joined assembly material 10 is heated at 800-1200 deg.C and formed into the bar-shaped clad material 14 at <=65% reduction rate of area on reducing rolling of the outside diameter and besides, at heating of one time. The outer material 12 and the Ta layer 13 are removed at one end side of the clad material 14 and the inner material 11 and the Ta layer 13 are removed at the other end side to form the different material joint 14A.</p>
