The system for condensing, drying, and burning out the waste paper comprises a separator (3) seperating the waste water and sludge, a collector (4) collecting the paper sludge, a preliminary drier (8) drying the sludge with a screw (6) and a steam heater (7), a pulverising roller (10) and a screw (9) pulverising the dried sludge to powder, a dry tank drying the powder completely with heat provided from a boiler (15), a cyclone (14) separating the moisture and the dried sludge powder again, a hoffer (17) collecting the completely dried sludge powder, and a scrubber (22) spreading the water to the inlet air to separate the filtered air and the sludge powder.
