Ball for sports and leisure, comprising an internal cavity bounded by a wall of shape corresponding to that of the ball, without any valve permitting pressurising and without internal pressure, with outer coating applied onto the said wall. The wall is advantageously made of technical thermoplastic elastomer containing at least one plasticiser. A shell or core of this type is well suited for manufacture using rotational moulding and injection moulding techniques. <IMAGE>
