PURPOSE:To directly prepare the subject compound useful as a solvent or synthetic raw material in a good catalystic activity state in a high yield by reacting a fluorine-containing carbonyl compound with a fluorine-containing olefin is the presence of a specific catalyst in a solvent. CONSTITUTION:A fluorine-containing carbonyl compound of formula I (R<1>f is perfluoroalkyl; R<2>f is F or perfluoroalkyl) is reacted with a fluorine-containing olefin of formula II (R<3>f is F or perfluoroalkyl) in the presence of AgF as a catalyst in an aprotic polar solvent having hydrogen atoms (e.g. monoglyme or dimethylformamide) at usually 0-120 deg.C, especially 20-100 deg.C, to prepare a compound of formula III (R<2>f and R<5>f are F or same or different perfluoroalkyl). The AgF is preferably used in an amount of 0.1-4.0 times mole, especially 0.3-1.5 times mole, based on the compound of formula I as the raw material. |
