PURPOSE:To always extract coffee under the optimum extracting state even under various conditions and to easily remove clogging by giving a recessed part having a slope and a flowing out port for supply water to the heating plate of a supply water heating device provided at a supply water flow passage and providing a small hole at one part of the heating plate corresponding to the discharge port part of a supply water quantity adjusting device. CONSTITUTION:A supply water heating device 47 is provided at the lower part of a discharge port part 40a of a supply water quantity adjusting device 40, the device 47 is formed with a heating plate 50 equipped with a cement resistor 48 as a heating element and a thermal reed switch 49 as a temperature controller, composed of a material such as an aluminum plate having satisfactory heat conductivity, and anodized, a recessed part 51 is provided at the intermediate position between the cement resistor 48 and the thermal reed switch 49 of this heating plate 50, supply water is received with the slope of this recessed part 51, and the water to flow in is heated along this slope and flows in/drips in from a flowing out port 52 provided at the lowermost part to a filter chamber 53. Further, a small hole 50a is provided at one part of the heating plate 50 corresponding to the discharge port part 40a of the supply water quantity adjusting device 40. |
