PURPOSE:To promptly guide an object brain wave without necessitating preliminary learning by extracting only a signal component corresponding to the object brain wave out of the physiological change signals of a user oneself and feeding the extracted signal component back to the user oneself as a stimulus signal. CONSTITUTION:When the user puts a head band on a head part and turns the switch of the device on, electrodes 1a and 1b pick up brain waves from the head part 2 and send the picked up brain waves to an organism amplifier 3. Brain wave signals are amplified in the organism amplifier and after that sent to a band-pass filter 4, and only a frequency component in the neighborhood of 10Hz equivalent to an object alpha wave is selected and sent to a light stimulus device 5. The light stimulus device 5 fluicker-controls a light emitting element such as an LED by an alpha wave component signal, and the user is irradiated with a flicker light beam synchronizing with the alpha wave by the device 5. When the user receives the light stimulus, the alpha wave in the brain waves is strongly guided by a drawing effect, picked up by the electrodes again, and sent to the organism amplifier 3, and the above-mentioned operations are repeated. As the result, the alpha wave in the brain waves gradually becomes stronger, and alphawave content ratio and an alpha wave crest valve are remarkably increased. |
