Manufacture of funeral monuments, of the verandah or display-cabinet style. The invention consists in protecting the objects placed on the tombstone from bad weather and from theft. It consists in implanting on the stone, reference 1, which can be covered with panels of aluminium sheets having multicoloured decorations, a verandah or a glazed stele having doors locked by key. The invention gives a novel appearance to the monuments and aims to protect the objects placed thereon and to reduce the weight. <IMAGE>
