<p>PURPOSE:To make the steering operation lighter by providing a ratchet structure between a compression spring and a center stopper both secured to a moving bracket and causing the ratchet structure to pivotally move on a fulcrum which is a point on the center stopper. CONSTITUTION:An operating lever, a center stopper 19 and a spring housing 20 are fixedly secured to a moving bracket 12 having two side stoppers 17, 18. There is provided between the center stopper 19 and a spring 21 in the spring housing 20 a ratchet structure 22 having cancel ratchets 23, 24. When a cancel cam 25 is moved in the direction of rotation of the operating lever until it comes in abutment against one of the cancel ratchets 23, 24, the ratchet structure is pivoted against the compression spring 21 on a fulcrum which is a point on the center stopper 19. As the distance from the fulcrum D, G to the point of application E of the compression spring 21 is greatly smaller than the distance from the point of application between the cancel cam 25 and the cancel ratchet 23, 24 to the fulcrum D, G, the steering operation becomes lighter.</p> |
