<p>PURPOSE:To improve the working efficiency by performing pressing suitable for the residual amount of a laminated frame thereby peeling reliably to the last sheet while resetting the weight board automatically to the uppermost position upon completion of one process. CONSTITUTION:An elevatable body 8 lowerable pitch by pitch while elevatable at a stretch from the lower end to the upper end will suspend a weight board 13 for pressing a laminated frame 24 while a cylinder 14 arranged on said body 8 will pull the weight board 13 out of a stocker 21 when feeding said frame 24. Furthermore, the lowermost frame is peeled through the function of upper clicks 27, 27 and lower clicks 29, 29. Consequently, the working efficiency is improved in a lamination frame pressing mechanism of a thin chip peeling/carrying apparatus for peeling the thin chip such as laminated lead frames and feeding to the next process.</p> |
