PURPOSE:To smoothly peform automatic opening and closing of a door, in a device in which the door is opened and closed by a prime mover along an external plate of a car body, by providing a single prime mover in a mounting floor of the body and utilizing rotary motion of the prime mover for opening and closing action of the door through a gear train and belt or the like. CONSTITUTION:One end of a turning arm 16 is turnably supported to a mounting floor 11, facing to an opening 2 of a body 1, through a supporting shaft 15, and one end of an arm rod 20 is turnably supported to the othe end of said arm 16 through a short shaft 19, while a driving wheel 22 is supported. Further an electric motor 35 is mounted to an end part of a fixed member 12, mounted onto the mounting floor 11, and an output gear 37 is fitted to an output shaft 36 of the motor. Rotary motion of this gear 37 is transmitted to the driving wheel 22 through gears 39, 40, 38 and blet 32 or the like, and this driving wheel 22 is adapted to a linear guide member 50, provided in an internal surface of the slide door 3, together with a roller 28 on a shaft 27, supported to said arm rod 20, then the door 3 can be automatically opened and closed. |
