<p>PURPOSE:To obtain long-like elastic products of excellent separation property without offset occurring over a long period by providing a silicone rubber foaming layer with a fixed skin layer on the surface portion of silicone-resin fine powder so as to encircle a core metal. CONSTITUTION:An iron core metal 1 is coated with non-curing material which has a foaming silicone rubber compound mixed and kneaded with silicone-resin fine powder, and is given electrostatic coating with the silicone-resin fine powder on the surface thereof and inserted into a metallic mold for foam-curing. In this way, on the core metal 1 a sponge layer 2 and a skin layer 3 are formed, and on the surface thereof silicone-resin fine powder 4 is formed. It is thus possible to improve wear resistance for manufacture at a low cost, without offset occurring over a long period and paper jam.</p> |
