<p>PURPOSE:To continuously supply electronic parts on a wiring board by an automatic supplying machine by fixing a case to each pair of metal terminals bridged between a pair of connecting bodies, and soldering electrode parts of the electronic parts to terminals exposed in the case. CONSTITUTION:By punching metal hoop material 12, connecting parts 12d, 12e of both sides and terminal 12a-12c bridged between both of the connecting parts 12d, 12e are formed in a unified body. A case 11 is fixed by outsert forming to the terminal 12a-12c with resin. Each of the terminals 12a-12c is exposed on the bottom surface 11b of a recessed part 11a. After each of the exposed terminals 12a-12c and each of the connection electrodes 8a-8c of a semi-fixed variable resistor 1 are temporarily fixed with solder 14, the case 11 is passed the inside of a furnace at a specified temperature. Thus the semi- fixed variable resistor 1 is fixed in the case 11 by soldering. Thereby automatic supply of parts is enabled.</p> |
