PURPOSE:To enhance working efficiency and to prevent a heater unit from being cured by attaching a heater unit to the rear side of a skin material provided to a lower mold and attaching a synthetic resin film to the heater unit side into which foamed synthetic resin is introduced. CONSTITUTION:Skin material 12 is equipped with both skin 13 of a surface side and wadding 14 made of urethane, etc., joined to the rear side. In a heater unit 16, a heating element 23 is meanderingly provided between cover materials 21, 22 while keeping the proper intervals. Therefore since a synthetic resin film 17 is attached to the heater unit side into which raw liquid of foamed synthetic resin is introduced, the heater unit 16 is prevented from being impregnated with raw liquid at a time for introducing the raw liquid of foamed synthetic resin and from being cured. Padding material and the film 17 are integrally joined by expansion molding of padding material 18. Skin material, the heater unit 16, the film 17 and padding material are integrally formed. |
