A description is given of a process for connecting two objects (1, 2), a fastening (3) essentially comprising an anchorage part (4), a spring element (6) and an intermediate piece (7), and the fastening being anchored in the second object (2) and having a contact-pressure surface (8) facing said second object. Part of the first object (1) is positioned with a receiving surface (14) between the contact-pressure surface (8) and the second object (2). The contact-pressure surface (8) presses the first object (1) against the second object (2) via the spring element (6) arranged between it and the receiving surface (14). In order, with simple means, always to ensure a constant contact-pressure force of the spring element, it is proposed that, via a spacer piece (5) between the fastening (3) and the second object (2), during anchorage of the anchorage part (4) in the second object (2), a fixed spacing is produced between the contact-pressure surface (8) and a bearing surface (15) of the second object (2). <IMAGE>
