New complexes of general formula (I) in which - R1 and R2 together form a saturated or unsaturated polycyclic carbocycle containing 7 to 12 carbon atoms, or a saturated or partially saturated, 5- to 11-membered mono-, bi- or tricyclic heterocycle in which the hetero atom is chosen from oxygen, sulphur or nitrogen, it being possible for the latter to be optionally substituted with an alkyloxycarbonyl radical, and - X1 and X2 represent chlorine atoms or, together, form - either a radical of structure: in which n equals 0 to 2 and R6 and R7, which may be identical or different, are hydrogen atoms or, when n equals 1, can be alkyl radicals or, together with the carbon atom to which they are attached, can form a cyclobutyl radical, - or a radical of structure: in which n, R6 and R7 are defined as above, or their salts where these exist, and their hydrates, their preparation and pharmaceutical compositions containing them.
