The apparatus includes a memory unit (20) for storing program and data of subscriber line port and for reading and writing subscriber line port data, a clock source unit (30) for generating transmission clock and a first interrupt signal for operating lamp, an I/O unit (40) for generating a second interrupt signal for informing subscriber line call state to a microprocessor (10) and for inputting and outputting relevant subscriber line data, a display for driving appropriate lamp by control signal from the microprocessor (10), and an alarm (60) for alarming subscriber line call state.
