PURPOSE:To impart rigidity to supporting material and to facilitate attaching work of the supporting material to the lower old of an expansion molding mold and to remarkably enhance working efficiency by stopping the terminal of a linear member attached to the supporting material to the upper part of the lower mold side and integrally molding skin material and padding material. CONSTITUTION:Supporting material 16 is formed of nonwoven material and cheesecloth, etc. an introduction port 16a is formed in accordance with an introduction port 25 of raw liquid 15a of foamed synthetic resin in an upper mold 23. A plurality of linear members 17 made of a piano wire, etc., are fitted and the terminals 17a are projected to the part outer than the end part of supporting material 16. This supporting material 16 is integrally joined to the bottom part of padding material 15 and the linear members 17 are fitted. Therefore in the case of providing supporting material 16 and the linear members 17, the terminals are provided to the upper part of the lower mold of an expansion molding die and supporting member is easily aligned with skin material 12 provided to the lower mold. Rigidity of supporting material is strengthened by the linear members 17 fitted to supporting material 16. Sagging of supporting material is prevented and a required shape can be surely obtained. |
