A hydraulic pump is proposed which is provided for the purpose of damping pulsations in pressure and delivered flow with a sleeve-shaped closing (sealing) part (11). The closing part 11 on the one hand deflects the delivered flow in multiple fashion and on the other hand contains a damping (cushion) chamber. Optimum tuning of the damping device is possible by varying the outside diameter of the end section 12 of the closing part 11 and by varying the depth to which the closing part 11 is screwed in. <IMAGE>
