<p>Connector for connecting two axially abutting ducts (1) each comprising a duct pipe (3), a mantle pipe (4), and an insulation (5) provided between the pipes. The connector comprises a gasket (16) to be inserted between the ends of the ducts, and means (22) for axially fastening the duct ends to each other. To simplify the tight interconnection of the ducts by means of a series-produced connector, the gasket comprises an annular insulating part (8) and an air-impermeable layer (9) provided at least on its cylindrical inner surface and both oppositely directed end surfaces.</p> |
