PURPOSE:To reduce the number of inverter parts at a shift register part by performing the branch connection of a clocked gate inverter operated by a clock different from a fundamental clock directly to an output line on the output side of the clocked gate inverter operated by the fundamental clock. CONSTITUTION:To the first output line of a fundamental shift register 6 consisting of the clocked gate inverter 4 operated by the fundamental clock phior the inverse of phi, the clocked gate inverter 8 operated by the clock different from the fundamental clock phi or the inverse of phi, for example, the clock 2phi with different frequency or pulse width is connected additionally. In such a way, it is possible to obtain an output pulse by relation of 1 to plural number from a shift register, thereby, the number of inverters 5 at the shift register part can be reduced. |
