PURPOSE:To perform a smooth oil processing and simplify a structure by a method wherein a lower part of a filter member is held by a removable oil receptor. CONSTITUTION:A range hood 1 is arranged above a range. It has a box-like main body 4 having an opened lower surface and an opened front surface, an air blowing device 5, a gas discharging box 7 to be installed at the part of the discharging port 6. The main body 4 has a partition plate 15 at a suction port 2. An upper edge of the suction port 2 is formed with a receptor 16 for inserting an upper edge of the filter member 3. The receptor 16 is formed with a resilient member 17 for biasing the filter member 3. A lower edge of the suction port 2 is removably provided with an oil receiving container 18 for inserting and supporting a lower edge of the filter member 3. A bottom part of the oil receiving container 18 is formed with a projection 19 for assuring an oil accumulation space. A side surface of the oil receiving container 18 is formed with a hook piece 20 to be engaged with an edge of the suction port 2 of the partition plate 15. The filter member 3 is directed toward the oil receiving container 18 by the resilient member 17 and supported without any looseness. |
