<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the assembly accuracy of a stationary cylinder and shaft, etc., and to decrease the man-hours for working in assembly by forming the stationary cylinder of a resin. CONSTITUTION:The stationary cylinder 1 is insert-molded of the synthetic resin on the outer periphery of a sleeve 7 of a shaft-integrated bearing 2. More specifically, the shaft 3 is fitted into a through-hole and an upper die and a lower die are assembled. The shaft-integrated bearing 2 with the sleeve is then held by the die. The synthetic resin is injected in this state into the dye, by which the stationary cylinder 1 and the shaft-integrated bearing 2 with the sleeve are integrally molded. Since the stationary cylinder 1 and the shaft-integrated bearing 2 are fixed without press fitting, etc., in such a manner, the deformation of the stationary cylinder 1 by the press fitting is obviated and the assembly accuracy of the stationary cylinder 1 and the shaft, etc., is enhanced; in addition, the assembly in fewer stages is possible.</p> |
