PURPOSE:To improve symptoms of constipation by blending insoluble dietary fibers with soluble dietary fibers in a specific proportion. CONSTITUTION:Dietary fibers of polysaccharides are blended at a ratio of 75-95wt.% insoluble dietary fibers and 5-25wt.% soluble dietary fibers. The resultant composition in an amount of 90-60wt.% is preferably blended with 10-40wt.% yeast.
