摘要

PURPOSE:To produce a plant having resistance to mosaic virus of cucumber and to use the plant useful by elucidating a gene to be coded by RNA1 having the maximum molecular weight among genome RNA of mosaic virus of cucumber. CONSTITUTION:Genome RNA1 of mosaic virus of cucumber to code a polypeptide comprising 994 amino acid sequences having an amino acid sequence shown by the formula as a head.
