PURPOSE: To enable to successfully execute surgical operation of the outer surface of the cornea, by equipping a control means to control zoom lens control onto a zoom lens system and each of plural openings indicated by plural masks. CONSTITUTION: An aye 11 to be operated is fixedly aligned in one line to a bent part 12 under a central axis 12' of a beam outputted from a laser device 13. An optical system is changes laser spot dimensions on the eye 11 by a zoom lens 14 with a reversible motor drive 15. Further, a variable opening diaphragm 16, three opening discs 17, 18, 19 parallel with a beam 12', each one of which is selectively indicatable off around the axis 20, and selectively movable shutter 21 are included. An opened mask is used together with the zoom lens, and the zoom lens is used as a means to effectively and finely divide the continuous steps of a beam spot dimensions between opening discs 17, 18, 19 with given specific shape useful for each purpose of reduction of far sight, near sight, and astigmatism. |
