<p>PURPOSE:To precisely and easily form an impression mark in the viscous membrane surface shape of a denture by making a large number of holes in a subzero hardenable plate made of stainless steel to form a mesh sheet. CONSTITUTION:A large number of holes are regularly formed to a subzero hardenable stainless steel plate to form a mesh sheet. The resulting sheet is flexible at room temp. at the time of processing and can be enhanced in processing accuracy and requires no heat treatment after processing and, therefore, hardening treatment can be performed without forming an oxide film. Further, the resin for the base of the polished surface and viscous membrane surface of a denture gets in the meshes of this mesh sheet and the mesh sheet can be embedded in the resin for the base and, therefore, the mechanical bonding action of both of them can be developed.</p> |
