PURPOSE:To reduce remaining vibration when vibration is added and to exhibit a soft buffer function by holding a balloon shaped fluid filled cushion body such as air or a cushion body made of sponge between the lower face of an upper side plate and the upper face of a lower side plate. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of balloon shaped air cushion bodies 18 with air blast and exhaust plugs 17 which are expansible and retractable are formed of synthetic resin sheet with core thread. The air cushion bodies 18 are held between an upper side plate 1 and a lower side plate 2 and the upper face part and the lower face part of the respective air cushion bodies are fitted into upper side recessed parts 15 and a lower side recessed parts 16 so as not to be misregistered. The upper ends of bolts 3 are projected on the upper face of the upper side plate 1 through through holes 4 and nuts 6 are screwed to the protruded ends to hold all the air cushion bodies 18. On the lower face of the lower side plate 2 is attached an abrasive pad 20 having a female side face fastener function by the use of a male side face fastener 21 previously bonded to the lower face so as to be freely replaced to thus constitute a brush unit. |
