PURPOSE:To supply bean curd raw pieces to a frier without damaging the raw pieces by cutting a sheet-like coagulated raw pieces for the fried bean curd into belt-like raw pieces, cutting the belt-like raw pieces into rectangular pieces and subsequently supplying the rectangular pieces to a frier. CONSTITUTION:A bean curd raw piece 40 coagulated into a sheet-like shape is cut into belt-like raw pieces 44, passed through a two-dividing device 16 and subsequently distributed into a longitudinally-sending conveyor 20 with a distributing device 18. The distributed raw pieces are further cut into rectangular pieces 104 with a rectangular dividing device 22 and the produced rectangular pieces 104 are supplied to a frier 26 with a rectangular raw piece-supplying device 24.
