PURPOSE:To realize mobile body communication in which the collision of control signals can be evaded essentially by setting the selection of a control channel and the sending timing of the control signal to be used in the sending of the control signal between control stations at random. CONSTITUTION:A latch circuit 2b latches a random signal outputted from a random pulse generator 2a by the instruction of a transmission control part 2c at a prescribed timing, and outputs a latched random signal. The transmission control part 2c decides a radio control channel to be used in the transmission of an information signal based on, for example, arbitrary four bits out of a random signal of eight bits outputted from the latch circuit 2b, and decides the transmission timing of the information signal based on remaining four bits, then, reports them to a position registration control part. The position registration control part transmits the information signal with reported radio control channel and transmission timing. In such a way, it is possible to reduce the probability of the collision(radio frequency interference) of a various kinds of control signals in the case of performing position registration by mobile radio equipment via the information signal, etc. |
