发明名称 TECHNICS FOR THE BATTERIES WATER-PROOFING
摘要
The current invention titled "Waterproofing techniques for batteries" refers to several waterproofing techniques of metal or graphite conduits that go through the shell and connect electronically the inner cells of the battery with the outer cells (terminal electrodes). The present invention is applicable to all types of batteries. The only restriction is that batteries must have a plastic main shell. There are three suggested techniques for this invention. The first technique requires a collar or disc made of an organic substance with elastic properties that is squeezed between the hole of the shell and the passing conduit (Image 1 and 2). The second technique requires a metallic conduit that before the passage from the shell (the inner part of the battery) takes the form of a disc which sticks on the inner side of the battery (Image 4a and 46). During the third technique there is a strong welding of the head of the coming metallic conduit (metal proposed is lead or a relevant blend) at the outer surface which is covered with copper foil. At the inner side of the hole's brim at a distance, there is grease which is covered and protected in a special case (Image 3).
